We, the NGO workers of Bangladesh have no future at all.
Any of the readers of this article may think this article to be a false claim
or may also think as an effort to sympathize the readers towards the NGO
workers of Bangladesh. If you think so, please remember, which benefit will I get by
sympathizing you. Will I get any amount from my readers? Will any of you take any initiative to ensure
my bright future?
Just have a look on the following phenomena of the NGO
workers of Bangladesh:
- · 90% of the NGO worker has no job security at all.
- · 95% of them have no job benefit like insurance, gratuity, and provident fund.
- · Almost more than 95% NGO workers are project based and all of them loiter here and there after finishing the project period.
- · They do not get any amount after losing the job which is a reason for unstable position of their life.
- · You can find some NGOs, where the salary of a position is same for the last ten years.
- · In today’s Bangladesh, you can get worker @4 or 5 thousand per month.
- · In some NGOs, you will find no salary structure or service rule at all. If there is any, those have no implementation.
