Whenever they go for a budget; they consider air-conditioned car as well as room for them. then for the head quarter and lastly for the beneficiaries. Lower level staffs are very much deprived of the minimum salary level of the government. In the most cases, 30% of the budgeted amount reaches to the actual beneficiaries.
While I am writing these kinds of experience through this blog, I am receiving threat throw email, over telephone and also via comments. But I am writing the real facts of the donor based NGOs of Bangladesh. Its my challenge, I will show minimum 10 NGO leaders of Bangladesh whose bank balance (wealth) did not decrease for the last 10 years. But, mysteriously the 'sole agent for transparency' in Bangladesh is silent enough regarding this matter.
Dear readers, in all of my articles I am repeatedly writing, there is exception. Some NGO leaders are just begging for the common people of Bangladesh and they are not even availing the CNG. They are exception and the number of them may not exceed 2%. If anybody thinks that this article is from any kind of tendency to humiliate the NGO sector of Bangladesh, please communicate with me. I will show minimum 10 donor based renowned NGO leaders of Bangladesh who had less than 10% of their present property before starting the NGO.
